Achievements of study on application of Artificial Neural Network to beverage industry

Having the unique ability of processing data non-linearly and adaptively, Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is widely used in the chemical industry, communication, etc. In the paper, the application of ANN to the beverage industry is summarized, including the classification and grading of raw materials, the design of formulas, sensory evaluation and prediction, quality identification and packaging.
