Study on extraction of seabuckthorn pectin

LI Xing-guo, XU Ya-qin,HUANG Feng-hua (Horticultural college of North-east Agriculture University)  
In this article, some factors of influence on output of pectin extracted from seabuckthorn fruit by alcohol precipitation, including extracting time, temperature, pH value, pectinase activity and water quality, were studied systematicly. The process condition was obtained, which provide a foundation for the scale-up batch process.
