Promotion Strategy of Customer Satisfaction in China's Luxury Market Based on Customer Delivered Value

In recent years,with the prosperity of China's luxury market,it is a shame to see the absence of customer satisfaction.Using the combination of the theory and practice,comparative study,document analysis,this paper makes a description of customer satisfaction in China's luxury market,creates a model of customer satisfaction promotion based on customer delivered value,brings forward the strategies to improve customer satisfaction in China's luxury market,and summarizes the main points of enhancing customer satisfaction.
