Influence factors of energy consumption capacity of eccentrically braced frames and design recommendations

The energy consumption capacity of eccentrically braced frames depends on that of energy-consuming beam sections.This paper describes various factors affecting the capacity of energy-consuming beam sections,presents the recent research findings on eccentrically braced frames in China and abroad,and proposes corresponding design recommendations.
