SMS Technology Application in Meteorological Service Transmission

SHAO Rong,SONG Xiaoya,LI Rong(Sichuan Meteorological Information Center,Chengdu,610072)  
With the introduction to how the technique of mass phone messages is applied to the monitoring system of meteorology transmission,the article dissects the operating principle as well as data flow for the platform of mass phone messages,and expounds the practical case study on promoting transmission quality of meteorological data by the two patterns ─ message warning and message announcement.In addition,the article summarizes its application value and influence on the system of meteorology transmission.
