Effects of Cadmium on ACP and AKP in Carassias auratus

In this study,the effects of cadmium on alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and acid phosphatase(ACP)of Carassias auratus intestines,liver,pancreas and gill were determined by renewal test.Carassias auratus was exposed to cadmium concentration of 0.2,0.4,0.8mg/L for 12,24,48,96h.The AKP and ACP activities were decreased in intestines and gill.The AKP activity in liver and pancreas revealed no chang but the ACP activity increased.
