INVESTIGATION ON NANOSTRUCTURAL POROUS ALUMINA WITH TWO DIMENSION ORDERED ARRANGEMENTS

Nanostructural porous alumina with two dimension ordered arrangements were prepared by the anodic oxidation. Aexagoal structure porous were examined by FESEM. The radius of pores are 15 to 20 nanometer. There are 5 4×10 10 pores/cm 2 on the alumina. The conditions for the formation of the pores are discussed.
