Orthogonal Experiment on the Mixing Ratio of Porous Pervious Concrete Based on Compressive Strength

Based on the requirements of strength and permeability of concrete,the authors apply similar theory and orthogonal experiment theory in the experiment on the mixing ratio of porous pervious concrete(PPC) C15 in accordance with the existing laboratory conditions.An orthogonal experiment of 3 levels and 3 factors is conducted to study the influence of mass ratio of water to cement,mass ratio of aggregate,particle size of aggregate on porosity,permeability and compressive strength of concrete.The experimental strength,amount of cement,mass ratio of water to cement,amount of coarse aggregate are determined according to the property requirements of PPC.Finally,optimal mixing ratio and significant factors are determined from the orthogonal table established by using analysis of range and variance and linear regression.The result obtained shows that the approach is also suitable for the analysis of mixing ratio design for different permeable concrete with different factors,properties and usage.
