Determination of Cu,V,Ni and Cr in Soil by the Technology of Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

After treated by microwave digestion in HNO3-H2O2-HF system,the soil samples were used to determine the contents of Cu,V,Ni and Cr by the technology of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The conditions for both sample treatment and instruments were optimized.The detection thresholds for Cu,V,Ni and Cr of the method are 0.01 mg/kg,0.05 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg and 0.10 mg/kg,respectively.The recoveries are from 98.4% to 102.0%.The method is rapid,simple and accurate.
