DETERMINATION OF ETHYLENETHIOUREA IN CHINESE CABBAGE BY HEAD SPACE-GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

The content of ethylenethiourea in Chinese cabbage is progressively analysed by raney-niccolum catalyst absorption,dense hydrochloric acid acidation and gas chromatography determination.A simply rapid and accurate mathod is established.The lowest detectable amount of ethy lenethiourea in Chinese cabbage could reach 0.000549mg/kg.
