Macro-investigation For Nimu Earthquake With Magnitude 6.5 In July 30,1992 in Tibet

The main damage area of the M6.5 earthquake locates on the boundary of Nimu and Dangxiong in Tibet. The outline of the isoseismical curves exhibits an ellipse shape with a long-axis strike of N35 E. In meizoseismal region (Ⅰ≥Ⅶ from Pengo to Dola). Some houses had suffered heavy loss or injured. The generating earthquake structure direction is a north-northeast which belongs to the active structural zone in the north-south in the Nimu.
