Research of the Analysis Method of Lutein in Tagetes Patula L.

ZHANG Chang,SONG Hang,HE Ze chao,TONG An yu (College of Chem. Eng.,Sichuan Univ., Chengdu 610065,China)  
The column chromatogrphy is used to seperate and determine the content of lutein in Tagetes Patula L.and its roughing article and meticulous article.Silica gel is taken as solid phase, Hexane acetone as the eluting reagent of carotene and Hexane acetone ethanol as the eluting reagent of lutein.The wavelength of the lutein content is 474 nm,standard deviation is lower than 0.012,and RSD is lower than 1.89%.
