STUDY ON OPERATION RULES OF TUBULAR MBR IN PRINTING AND DYEING WASTEWATER TREATMENT

The tubular MBR process was used to treat printing and dyeing wastewater.The experimental results showed that when ρ(MLSS)=8 g.L-1 and HRT= 8 h,the removal of COD was 82% and the removal of colority was 80% in tubular MBR.Removal of organic pollutants mainly depends on biological degradation,and retention of membrane just enhanced the removal efficiency of MBR.The effect of sludge concentration on the overall attenuation of membrane flux was little,but on the initial flux was evident.
