TECHNOLOGY AND ECONOMY EVALUATION OF PREPARATION OF COPPER NANOPARTICLE FROM COPPER CONTAINING WASTE ETCHING SOLUTION BASED ON SUPERCRITICAL WATER TECHNOLOGY

Through comparative analysis of the characteristics of various treatment methods of waste etching solution, proposed an optimized combination process of "Self neutralization- Acid dissolution- Reductive hydrothermal synthesis" to prepare copper nanoparticle. The main technological process has the following steps: First acidic and alkaline waste etching solution mixed in certain proportion and generated precipitation, then the precipitation was dissolved by sulfuric acid to produce copper sulfate solution, and then using the copper sulfate solution copper nanoparticle was prepared by reductive supercritical hydrothermal synthesis reaction. Studies show that the process has the technical advantages of simpleness, easy industrialization, no waste discharge, and copper nanoparticle preparation with high efficiency etc. The operating cost of treating per ton waste solution by this process was estimated to be about 3500 yuan/t. In addition, the produced copper nanoparticle can bring high economic benefits. Thus, this optimized combination process has wide development prospects in the field of harmless treatment and resource utilization of waste etching solution.
