The Research Status and Future Prospects of Preventing and Controlling Clytus valiandus by Using Scleroderma sichuanensis

Clytus valiandus is one of the most important and serious enemy pests to the Zanthoxylum bungeanum production.It is widely spread in China's pricklyash producing areas and made great loss in the pricklyash cultivation.At present,some literature reports have been found on the pricklyash pest's prevention and control,but few of them referred to bio-control.For the purpose of reducing chemical pollution,protecting environment and defending human health,it is very necessary to promote bio-control in the pest control.In this paper a brief description is given of a bio-control sample of the pricklyash pest control by use of Clytus valiandus.
