Studies on Condition of Producing Phytase and Thermostability Properties

The condition of producing phytase of Asp.niger9701, Asp.oryzae9712 and rhizopus sp. 9702 are compared in solid state fermentation process. The results show: Asp.niger 9701 is incubated at 30℃±1℃ for 7 days, and it can produce 14052pu/g; Asp.oryzae 9712 and rhizopus sp. 9702 are incubated at 30℃±1℃ for 6 days, and they can produce 15387pu/g and 14070pu/g, respectively. In addtion, by controlling the pH of the buffer Asp.niger 9701 can produce phytase to 21310pu/g. When the phytase of Asp. Niger 9701 is put into 90℃ for 15min, the activity retains by 76%.
