Study on Synthesis of Sucrose Esters by Ester Exchange Method with Microwave Technology

By using microwave technology, SE has been synthesized by sucrose and methyl stearat with catalyzer of potassium carbonate and accelerating agent of pocassiumstearate, the effects of external control voltage,reaction time,the molar ratio of methyl stearat to sucrose, the amount of catalyzer and accelerating agent were investigated. The results indicate that the superior reaction conditions were identified as , external control voltage is 200V, time of reaction is from 5.5min to 7.5min, molar ratio of methyl stearat to sucrose is from 2:1 to 3:1, the mass ratio of potassium carbonate to total reaction material is 17% , the mass ratio of pocassiumstearate to total reaction material is 20%,the yield ratio is 144.5%.
