A Comparative Study on the Poetic World and Atmosphere Between Chinese and German Aesthetics

WANG Shiyu;School of Chinese Language and Literature, Central China Normal University;
The poetic world is an important category in Chinese classical aesthetics, and the atmosphere is the core concept of the Atmosphere aesthetics of the German contemporary esthetician Gernot Bohme.Although they belong to different aesthetic contexts of China and Germany, and there is a certain historical dislocation, both of them recognize the basic role of space and physical presence, and advocate the harmonious coexistence between human and nature.However, in terms of ontology, the poetic world is the spiritual philosophical space, and the atmosphere is the emotional perception space. In terms of generative theory, the poetic world is the result of the artist's being in the environment, the feelings and the scenery, the intention and the world, but the atmosphere is the result of the interaction between the builder and the recipient; in terms of structural theory, the poetic world focuses on the combination of time and space, while the atmosphere is more spatially oriented.Studying the poetic world from the atmosphere aesthetics, the poetic world can be regarded as an atmosphere; studying the atmosphere from the poetic world, the atmosphere corresponds to the different stages of the three sub-layers.
