Study on the Anti-oxidation Effect of Oils of Papermulberry Fruits on the Brain of Sub-acute Aging Mice

Objective: To observe the anti-oxidation effect of oil of Papermulberry fruits on the brain of sub-acute aging mice caused by D-galactose.Methods: This research adopted D-galactose to establish the sub-acute aging model.At the end of experiment,the correlated indicators were measured.Results: The high and medium doses of oil of Papermulberry fruits could greatly increase the content of SOD,GSH-Px,and decrease NO and MDA(P0.05).Conclusion: Oil of Papermulberry has an anti-oxidation effect that helps delay the aging process.
