Improvement of the Catalyst Recovery Process for Production of Acesulfame Potassium

The amino sulfonic acid,the double ketene,triethylamine,sulfur trioxide,glacial acetic acid as raw material,by acetyl acylation,cyclization,hydrolysis,Ann was synthesized into salt 4 steps in the process of the acesulfame,will produce a certain amount of dilute sulphuric acid solution. The main components as dilute sulphuric acid,containing a small amount of triethylamine sulfate,acetone,etc. Of triethylamine recovery in the process of production,to produce the dilute sulphuric acid on neutralization,and in the dilute acid containing about 5% of triethylamine sulfate recovery is very important,not only from the consideration on the economic benefits,but also the need of environmental protection requirements. By acesulfame was improved after the recovery catalyst in production process,not only can eliminate alkaline parsing triethylamine with quick lime powder dust pollution caused by the sulfate process,and can improve the synthesis of arcelormittal triethylamine recovery in the process of acesulfame.
