Uncertainty evaluation of chromium content in urea aqueous solution by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry

In current study,the uncertainty of chromium determination in urea aqueous solution was evaluated using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)and the source of uncertainty during determination was analyzed.Finally,the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated from measuring results.
