Properties of 0.05Ba(Cu_(1/2)W_(1/2))O)3-0.95PZT Piezoelectric Ceramics

Ba(Cu 1/2W 1/2)O 3-0.95PZT piezoelectric ceramics was synthesized by use of the conventional powder processing technique, and the influence of sintering temperature on its piezoelectric properties was also investigated. The different compose materials are studied by means of XRD and SEM. The modified PZT material still has a perovskite structure. SEM analysis indicated that the crystal grains integrate densely and the grain size is uniform. The results indicated that the d 33、K p、Q m of 0.05Ba(Cu 1/2W 1/2)O 3-0.95PZT were 605?pC/N, 0.37 and 60 respectively.
