The analysis and appreciation for the nutritions of peony flower

LIU Jian hua,DONG Fu ying,WANG Xiao,CHENG Chuan ge,LIN Mei ju,LI Sai yu (Analysis and Test Center,Shandong Acadamy of Sciences,Jinan 250014,China)  
The nutritional components(such as protein,fat,amino acid,mineral element,and vitamin etc.)of poeny flower were analysed and determined.They were also compared with the compositions of dehydrated pteridophyte and dehydrated chinese cabbage.The results showed that peony flower is a good health food resorce with rich nutrients-protein,K,Ca,Mg,P,Se,VB 1,VB 2 and worthy of development and utilization.
