Parametric Modeling Design of Self-propelled RV Based on UG/Open

Taking a type of self-propelled RV as an example, the parametric design of the RV space, interior layout and furniture size with ergonomics, and the design method of the RV based on size constraints were given. The accuracy of the design method of dimension constraint parameters was verified by human-machine. Using UG/Open and VC language, a rapid modeling and designing test system of self-propelled RV layout was developed. The results show that this method can improve the design efficiency and quality of RV.
