Optimization of Powertrain Mounting System Based on Vehicle NVH Performance

For the vibration of a car shaking violently in idle condition, its powertrain and suspension parameters were measured. Its inherent characteristics are calculated and analyzed, while only the decoupling rate of the RXX direction was found to meet the target requirement. Optimizing the powertrain mounting system with six degrees of freedom energy decoupling as the optimization objective, the results show that the distribution of the natural frequency and decoupling rate of the system are greatly improved, and the decoupling rate in the main direction is more than 90%, Optimization results meet the target requirements.
