Numerical Study on 3-D Turbulent Flow

Ma Fu-xi Wang Jin-rui (North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power, Zhengzhou 4500-15)  
A modified K-ε model is adoped and a partial cell parameter to treat irregular boundary is introduced. The governing equation of turbulent flow over irregular boundary is deloped by analyzing the solid-liquid two phase theoretical flowing model. Two examples (one is spillway over flow and its down-stream bucked-type energy dissipation flow, the other is a 3-D hydraulic jump in converging stilling basin) show that a good agreement is obtained between the calculated and the observed data.
