OU Xiang,TAN Ai-juan**,LIU Ai-ying(College of Life Science,Guizhou University,Guizhou Guiyang 550025,China)
The tested result of enzyme activities indicated that GZDXIFR3716 is the highest yield strain fermented the chitinase, proteinase, lysozyme among 8 strains of Paecilomyces cicadaes. The study demonstrated that the ingredients of optimal medium fermented three enzymes were composed of glucose(20g·L-1),yeast extract paste(5g·L-1),K2HPO4(1g·L-1).The peak time of the chitinase',proteinase',lysozyme's concentrations in the GZDXIFR3716 broth were 48h,60h and 84 hrespectively;and the optimal temperature of them in reaction were 50℃,40℃ and 40℃ respectively, the optimal pH value of them in reaction were 6.0,7.0 and 5.0 respectively.
