THE CALCULATION AND SCHEME SELECTION OF BEGINNING PERIOD STORAGE OF RESERVOIR FOR HYDROPOWER

Various problems will be met in the calculation and scheme selection of beginning period storage of reservoir. What methods are used and how to treat some problems? This paper advances the operation principle of reservoir storage, the aspects which ought to be considered in drawing up scheme, runoff data selection, the order of compensative regulation, the division of water-supply periods, the computation of output power etc. In beginning storage period. Above methods are not only suitable, but also convenient. In this paper, the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used in the comparison of beginning storage schemes and scheme selection is betterly solved. This method avoids economy analysis becouse it is difficult to collect economic data and compares syntheticly all effect indexes and gets unique result.
