Gray Clustering Appraisal of the Sustainable Development of Water Resources in North China

In the light of the status quo of the development and utilization of water resources in North China, a comprehensive appraisal is made of the sustainable development of water resources in northern provinces using the gray clustering method. The results show that it is a useful attempt to quantitatively appraise the sustainable development of water resources with the gray clustering method.
