Data Analysis of Aeolian-Vibration of Overhead Transmission Lines and Its Engineering Application

In order to solve the frequent wire break problems of overhead ground wires of the transmission lines along mountains in Ningxia Province for many years,the vibration monitoring on 330 kV DatongⅠloop line 12th tower and the lead and ground wire of 220 kV Daqing third line 16th tower,and ground wires are carried out by introducing the aeolian-vibration on-line monitoring system.After conducting a comparative analysis of the vibration determination criteria of transmission lines,it is found that the dynamic bending strain of intermediate frequency section of ground wires is out of limits.Two improved anti-vibration projects are designed and implemented based on the methods of calculation and simulation,which significantly reduced the level of vibration of ground wires.Thus,it provides reference for the engineering application and governing aeolian-vibration of transmission line.
