Assessment of Drought Prevention and Resistance Ability for Anhui Drought-prone Regions

Drought is the main disaster affecting the economic development of Anhui Province and the drought resisting capacity is the key for stability development of agriculture and industry.There is lack of essential assessment of regional drought resisting capacity because of little research on the drought.This paper establishes comprehensive assessment indexes system of drought resisting capacity based on the analysis of major factors affecting the drought resisting capacity of 8 drought-prone city-level regions in Anhui Province of China.And the analytic hierarchy process based the accelerating genetic algorithm is adopted to determine the weight of index system.Then the set pair analysis method is used to establish the relative membership function between sample indicators and evaluation criteria.So the relative membership values of 8 drought-prone cities under different evaluation grade are obtained.Finally,the drought resisting capacity of 8 regions is comprehensively evaluated under the current year.
