基于人-组织契合的人力资源管理模式研究

Person-organization fit is the important variable that affects the employee's attitude and behavior.It is the important research issue in resent organization behavior and management research field.By referring the related research,this paper concludes the person-organization theory development and explains the conception,types and the effecting of person-organization fit.On the base,this paper argues the staffing,appraisal,compensation and employee training in human resource management based on the person-organization fit.It will give some suggestion for the research in the future.
