On HYNC-50D Spark Pulse Power Type Field Effect Transistor

Yao Lian Nie Fulong Xu Zhiqiang Li Qinglong(Hengyuan Spark Machine Plant, Beijing Teachers' College)  
Spark pulse power type field effect transistor realizes high efficiencylow loss discharging treatment model and uplifts the model's artificialitywith current fornt edge slope control. Voltage control type power articleachieves narrow pulse width high peak curlent discharging treatment modelwith best surface roughness and high obviating rate by using chip proces-sors and master oscillator generator, the reliability of spark pulse powerand the otilization of spark machine are more developed.
