The Two-component System in the Plant Signal Transduction

Two\|component system is a major signal transduction system both in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells extensively,which consists of histidine kinase and response regulator.The complete two\|component system consists of input of signals,autophosphorylation of His protein kinase,phosphorylation of response regulator,output of signals.In this review,we summarize the major advances of two\|component system in plant.
