On the Predicaments and Countermeasures of Performance Appraisal of China's Civil Servants

Performance appraisal is important to civil servants management,but in the performance appraisal system of China's civil servants there are numerous problems such as the function deficiency of performance management.So a thorough analysis must be made of from the aspects of system、idea and government itself.The suggestion is raised concerning the improvement of the performance appraisal system of civil servants as follows: constructing the necessary legislation and system security;Establishing multiplex appraisal system;enhancing the function of performance management and so on.
