Experimental study of effective part of Ampelopsis. megalophylla Diels et. Gilg on the anti-hypertension activity

OBJECTIVE Acute-kidney-artery hypertensive model rats were used to study on the anti-hypertension function of differently extracted the parts.METHODS Model rats that have been made were given emulsion of differently extracted the parts of Ahpclopig Mega lophgl,then observe and record the changes in blood pressure.RESULTS Blood pressure of model rats that were given the ethyl acetate extracts fell to normal range gradually,and have statistically significant difference with the control group.CONCLUSION The ethyl acetate extracts have the obvious anti-hypertension function.
