Zhang Yongqing (Chinese Materia Medica Faculty,STCMC 250014)  
The effect of sulfuric acid on the seeds of koney suckle was studied in this paper.The results indicated that the weight and the content of chlorogenic acid of the seeds of koney suckle was reduced by the treatment with sulfuric acid, and the respiratory intensity and the germination percentage of the seeds was increased to a certain extent in the contrary.It is appropriate that the treatment time with sulfuric acid does not exceed 5 minutes.
