Enhanced Legal Responsiveness to Practice——A Review of Research on Legal Methodology in 2008

With the rapid progress of legal study,legal methodology is evolving into a new discipline in China.Moreover,its concentration on and orientation towards practices,localization,problems solving and case studies has been greatly enhanced.In 2008,the responsiveness of legal methodology to practice has gained greater attention from researchers.Based on this,research on basic problems has been pushed forward,which is suggestive of the concerns from various perspectives over the pathway of rule of law.The stand of dogmatics of law is more distinct.There is also growing evidence of integration of legal methodology with legal education.With China hosting the IVR in 2009,the research on legal methodology in China is facing critical chances for development.
