The Election of High Active Cellulose Bacterium and the Study of Enzyme Production Condition

We collected 25 kinds of soil from different fields and had the primary election by Hechisum medium whose only source of charcoach was filter. The result was that the mixed microbes growing in field of spinach, coriander, tawny daylily and chives can decompose cellulose well, and bactreium was the most of mixed microbes. The reelection was held on CMC-Na plate medium. It was found that the ability of decomposing cellulose of bacterium growing in spinach field was the best. So it was the high active cellulose bacterium we needed. After studying its conduction of production enzyme, we found that the optimal condition of enzyme production was as follows, pH is 7.0, temperature is 45℃, culture time is 10h. And the rocking way of culture is the better way.
