Research on the Status Quo and Strategy of New Growth Labor Force Unemployment Prevention

Unemployment prevention is the first step of the Employment security system.If we can effectively control the unemployment risk before the unemployment occurs, it will make our employment security work more effective.The new growth labor force is an important part of the supply of human resources, and it is of great significance to prevent the unemployment of new growth labor.Among the new growth workforce, colleges graduates account for a large proportion.Based on this, this paper conducts a special investigation on the unemployment prevention of college graduates, from the basic situation, the individual's employment preparation, the employment service provided by the colleges, the individual's view on entrepreneurship, and the individual's unemployment prevention.The survey analyzes the status quo and problems of unemployment prevention and proposes a new growth labor unemployment prevention strategy.
