Countermeasures to make up the Short Board of Health and Old-age Service Talents

Making up the short-board of healthy old-age service talents is of great significance for deepening supply-side reform and improving people's livelihood and well-being. The obvious shortcomings in the construction of the health and old-age service talent team are the insufficient total supply of talents, the low matching of the existing service personnel's comprehensive quality and industry development requirements, the lack of high-level talents, the unsound protection of salary and benefits, and the low enthusiasm of social forces. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of health and old-age service talents and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the shortage of talents, and promotes the effective development of China's health and old-age services by building the multi-level health and old-age service talents.
