Study on the Technology of Preparation of 2,3-Dichlornitrobenzene from O-Dichlorobenzene by Mixed Acids ADiabatic Nitration

The preparation of 2,3 dichloronitrobenzene from O dichlorobenzene Via mixed acids adiabatic nitration is studied. The influences of factors, such as the molar ratio of reactions, DVS and the composition of mixed acids etc on the yield of 2,3 dichloronitrobenzene is investigated systematically. The yield of 2,3 dichloronitrobenzene comes up to 14 51%, f (3,4/2,3) =5 47. This value is higher than the best one of the literature.
