A Study on Technical Parameter Controlling of Direct Metal Component Manufacturing System

The paper analyses influences of the key technical parameters on the direct metal part component manufacturing process in plasma deposition manufacturing system and discusses the implementary control method of the key technical parameters in the system.Through executing the discussed control method,the key technical parameter can be easily set up and adjusted with the(operator's) will to fabricate desired metallic part.
