Optimization method of blending coal blending based on digital platform

In order to save the costs of coal-fired power plants, an optimization method of coal blending and burning of a thermal power unit in Huaneng Power Plant is studied, and a multi-coal blending and burning optimization system based on a digital platform is established. Firstly, the neural network method is used to predict the coal quality characteristics of coal blends, including ash, calorific value, volatile matter, and moisture of coal blending. Then, a comprehensive cost model of coal blending and burning is established through the optimization theory, including the cost models of safety, economy, and environmental protection. Finally, an orthogonal cost algorithm is used to optimize the comprehensive cost model, so that the comprehensive cost of coal blending and burning is minimized. The optimization system can be used to guide the coal blending work of coal-fired power plants, save the operating costs of coal-fired power plants, and ensure the safety, economy, and environmental protection of coal-fired power plants.
