Application of Fuzzy Integrate Evaluation in Ship Collided Accident Responsibility Measure Based on AHP

The paper is trying to use quantitative assessment method to determine ship's responsibilities for ship collision, which is carried into execution by the application of fuzzy integrate evaluation method. Considering the complexity and synthesis of ship collided accident, in this paper, safety factor's weighted coefficient (the influencing coefficient) is directed by Analytic Hierarchy Process. Then we apply the fuzzy integrate evaluation to give a comprehensive judgement of ship's responsibilities for ship collision. This method is to remedy the insufficiency of determining ship's responsibilities for ship collision through analyzsis by determining the nature of quantitative assessment.
