Design of Master Computer Software in Ultrasound Hyperthermia System

Ultrasound hyperthermia system is a kind of medical device to restrain and kill tumor.As its intelligent component, the master computer control subsystem is in charging of the automatic operation of the whole system. This paper discusses thoroughly about the implementation of main functions of this master computer software, including the adaptive PID temperature control,communication protocol, interface, archives management and etc.Great emphasis is put on how to apply the object oriented metheod and event driven technology to design the static and dynamic models of the software, thus organically integrating all the functions above. The software is programmed with VB and proved working well by many tests.
