With rapid development of China's society and economy the contradiction between land supply and demand is sharp, but the rural collective operating construction land entering the market can make up for the insufficient supply of land used for urban construction to a certain extent. Since the state-authorized districts or counties carried out activities for the land to enter the market at the beginning of 2015, there have been plenty of achievements in different places. The paper selects 5 pilot districts or counties, comparatively analyzes their patterns for the land to enter the market in terms of market-entering process, income distribution and market problems, and summarize their characteristics and experiences, providing reference for the management of land entering market.
