Objective To study the effect of ossotide injection combined with tanshinone injection on postoperative levels of serum bone markers and joint function of tibia fracture. Methods 76 cases of tibia fracture patients received open reduction and internal fixation treatment in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to different postoperative treatment method. Patients in observation group received routine treatment combined with ossotide injection and tanshinone injection treatment, and patients in control group received routine treatment. Then operation condition, serum bone marker levels and ankle joint function were compared. Results The operative time, bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume between two groups had no difference. 3 and 7 days after operation,VAS pain scores in observation group were lower than the control group( P 0. 05),limb swelling duration and bed rest time were shorter than the control group( P 0. 05); 7 days after operation, serum BALP proportion and PICP,BGP content of observation group were higher than those of the control group( P 0. 05),t-PINP,β-CTX levels were lower than the control group( P 0. 05); observation group's Baird-Jackson ankle joint function score of3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation were higher than control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion The ossotide injection combined with tanshinone injection could reduce postoperative pain and swelling, regulate bone metabolism, improve the function ofankle joint, which is ideal drug for the treatment of tibia fracture.
