Effects of Cordyceps Polysaccharides on Fibroblasts Collagens in Photoaging Skin Induced by 8-MOP/UVA

Objective:To study the effects of cordyceps polysaccharides (CP) on fibroblasts collagens in photoaging skin. Methods: The Photoaging skin fibroblast models were induced by 8-MOP/UVA. TEM,hydroxyproline(HYP),MDA quantity and immunocytochemistry were used to test the effects of cordyceps polysaccharides on collagens. Results: Compared with the control group,it was noted that the protein synthesis was not active,the content of HYP was decreased and the content of MDA was increased,the expression of Collagen Ⅰwas decreased,and that of Collagen Ⅲ was increased in the model group. While,these abnormal changes were alleviated in the CP group. Conclusion: Cordyceps polysaccharides can reverse the abnormal changes of fibroblasts collegens in photoaging skin.
