Research of Similar and Orthogonal Experiment on Mixed Proportion of Concrete Based on Strength

This thesis analyzes the influences of the ratio of 3 levels and 4 factors of concrete components:cement,water,water reducing agent and sand rate on the compressive strength of concrete based on the experiment of similar and orthogonal theory in laboratory.Functions influenced by factors are determined by method of interpolation of poly of 2 orders,as well as optimum value of dosage of factors,which are in accordance with the experimental result,finally regression equations of relation between w/c,factors and the compressive strength has been worked out through the linear regression.The research shows this method possesses importance for mixed proportion design of concrete which is not only for different factors but also multiple purpose.
